This project is a two-story residential house with a reinforced concrete structure, designed in a contemporary modern style. It is intended for a family of four, emphasizing clean architectural lines, openness, and a warm sense of privacy.

The building features light-colored materials combined with large glass panels and wooden louvers to create a warm atmosphere and allow natural light to fill the interior spaces.

The ground floor serves as the main living and reception area, while the upper floor provides private spaces for the family members. The parking area is conveniently connected to the house, supporting a comfortable lifestyle for a modern family.
